AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using AttiqLab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

SERVICES PROVIDED

AttiqLab provides AI-powered software development services including but not limited to:

  • • Rapid MVP development (48-hour delivery)
  • • Full-stack web application development
  • • Mobile application development
  • • API development and integration
  • • E-commerce solutions
  • • Marketing automation systems

All services are delivered using a combination of AI technology (Claude Code) and human developer oversight to ensure quality and speed.

PROJECT ENGAGEMENT

Project Initiation

Projects begin upon mutual agreement of scope, timeline, and budget. We provide:

  • • Clear project specifications
  • • Delivery timeline
  • • Fixed pricing quote
  • • Payment terms

Development Process

We follow an agile development methodology with daily updates. Clients can provide feedback during development, but significant scope changes may affect timeline and pricing.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our payment structure is designed to minimize risk for clients:

  • • Upfront payment required for MVPs
  • • Payment due only after delivery and approval
  • • 50% deposit for projects over €5,000
  • • Final payment within 14 days of delivery
  • • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Credit card, PayPal

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline:

  • • 48-hour MVPs delivered within 48 hours
  • • Full applications delivered within 5-14 days
  • • Daily progress updates provided
  • • 7-day acceptance period after delivery

If you do not provide feedback within the acceptance period, the project is considered accepted.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive:

  • • Full ownership of custom code developed
  • • Source code and documentation
  • • Rights to modify and distribute
  • • Transfer of any project-specific assets

Third-Party Components

Projects may include open-source or third-party components which remain under their respective licenses. We ensure all components used are properly licensed for commercial use.

WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES

We stand behind our work with:

  • • 100% satisfaction guarantee
  • • 30-day bug fix warranty
  • • Money-back guarantee if not satisfied
  • • Code quality assurance

The warranty covers bugs and issues in the delivered code but does not cover new features, changes in requirements, or issues arising from third-party services.

SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

Every project includes:

  • • 30 days of free support after delivery
  • • Bug fixes and minor adjustments
  • • Deployment assistance
  • • Documentation and knowledge transfer

Extended support and maintenance packages are available at additional cost.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • • Client business information
  • • Project specifications and requirements
  • • Proprietary algorithms or processes
  • • Trade secrets and sensitive data

We are happy to sign NDAs upon request. All team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • • Our liability is limited to the project value
  • • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • • We are not responsible for third-party service failures
  • • Force majeure events exempt us from liability

We maintain professional liability insurance to protect both parties' interests.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • • With written notice before project commencement
  • • If the other party breaches terms materially
  • • By mutual agreement

Upon termination, client pays for work completed to date, and we deliver all work product created.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes:

  • • First attempt: Direct negotiation
  • • Second attempt: Mediation
  • • Final resort: Arbitration under Dutch law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes shall be resolved in Amsterdam.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
